Here is a new web directory with PR3 on homepage and more than 8000 backlinks to the domain. A clean professional looking template. A good logo with matching favicon shows the owners are serious about making it a quality web directory.
I found 4-5 categories with inner PR and more than 500 links to inner pages. [...]
