I just posted Math Captcha mod for PHPLd at DirectoryRoll blog. It provides double layer of security to a directory; submitter has to read the image and they have to put sum of two numbers in captcha. It’s easier for humans to answer the questions because they don’t get confused between different letters.
Here is a screenshot of what the captcha will look like.
