Do you need article directories? DirectoryRoll has recently launched an article directory list with more than 170 PR1 to PR6 sites. (And yes, it includes EzineArticles).
All directories give dofollow links in resource box and most allow anchor text within resource box.

Just wanted to let you know, many of these directories look hacked, did you check what’s wrong? Were they using the same script? I counted more than 170 PR1+ directories, so your count is already outdated.
